Three CoLiving projects in dialogue. One blog. One transversal practice across venture building, AI operations, and digital transformation. The same work seen from different angles.
How it fits together
The projects look separate from the outside. From the inside they are one thing: building places and organizations that put people at the center, in a world too often pushed to the margins of industrial logic.
The thread: real businesses, never sloganistic. Replicable models, not showrooms. Serious operational processes, not animations.
COLIVING · OPERATIONAL
CoLivingOne
The first operational experiment, born in Rimini. Builds and runs real CoLiving real estate through an entrepreneurial model: rooms, common spaces, included services, community manager, weekly rhythms. The lab where I learn by doing.
COLIVING · COOPERATIVE
COOliving
The cooperative, limited-profit branch. Brings the CoLiving model to lower income brackets, with participatory governance and an explicit mandate on accessibility. Without the pressure of maximum profit, you can put resources into quality instead of margin.
COLIVING · SECTOR
CoLivIt
The national network of Italian CoLiving operators. Aggregates the people building CoLiving in Italy seriously — quality standards, vocabulary, dialogue with institutions. Without coordination, no sector matures.

The personal layer of the ecosystem. Long-form thinking on home, loneliness, community, the founder's craft, and the next decade of building. The why behind the what.
Transversal practice
Alongside the CoLiving ecosystem, a significant share of my time goes into three reinforcing areas — the operating side of building, applied beyond CoLiving:
- Venture building. Validation of new ventures, MVP design, business models. Same method as CoLiving — start from a real problem, run an operational experiment, learn by doing. Selective work, founder-to-founder.
- AI operations. Selective advisory engagements. AI embedded into real operational flows, not as a marketing surface. Used inside CoLivingOne, available for operators and startups going through serious digital transformation.
- Digital transformation. Helping Italian businesses move from fragmented analog processes to connected, measurable systems — without losing the well-made-thing quality of well-done work.
These practices feed one another. What I learn in one project, I bring back to the next.
